• Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our Services (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting providers).
• Airbnb connection (optional): If you choose to connect your Airbnb account, we use Hospitable Connect to read your listing's property details — name, address, check-in and check-out times, Wi-Fi details, house rules and listing descriptions — so you do not have to type them in. This is read-only and host-initiated: we do not read or write your reservations, pricing, payouts or guest messages, and nothing is saved to your property until you review and confirm it. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories: strictly necessary (sign-in and security), analytics (Google Analytics 4, to understand how the site is used), and marketing (Meta Pixel, to measure which ads lead to trials and subscriptions). Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

The Meta Pixel may record browser-based events such as PageView and StartTrial only after you consent to marketing cookies. We do not currently send events through Meta's server-side Conversions API. If we ever enable server-side sharing, we will update this section and the cookie banner before doing so.

If you choose to connect ValAi to a supported third-party AI assistant through Ask ValAi, information you request from ValAi may be sent to that assistant so it can respond to you. Ask ValAi is currently read-only and is limited to information associated with your own ValAi account and properties. Sensitive property credentials such as Wi-Fi passwords and access instructions are not provided through the current Ask ValAi tools, and guest activity summaries do not include raw guest conversation transcripts. Information sent to a third-party assistant is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
