Affiliate Disclosure
The ValAi Affiliate Program is operated by Rewardful, a third-party affiliate tracking platform. When you apply and are approved, you enter into a separate agreement with Rewardful under their terms of service. ValAi is not responsible for Rewardful's platform uptime, payout scheduling, or tracking accuracy beyond what is contractually agreed.
All affiliate relationships are subject to applicable U.S. and international disclosure requirements, including FTC guidelines. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with ValAi when promoting the product. Self-referrals, coupon stacking, paid search bidding on branded keywords, and any form of traffic misrepresentation are prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Terms & Program Notes
- Commissions are paid monthly via Rewardful once you hit the $50 minimum threshold.
- Cookie duration is 60 days from the visitor's first click on your referral link.
- The 20% recurring rate applies to subscription revenue only; one-time hardware sales are excluded.
- ValAi reserves the right to adjust commission structures with 30 days' written notice.
- Affiliates must maintain accurate tax information (W-9 or W-8BEN) for all payouts.
- Program participation is revocable by either party with 7 days' notice.
