Hospitable lets you store a guidebook URL on each property and insert it into a confirmed-booking messaging rule using its %guidebook% shortcode. Guesty and Hostaway let you store the SmartLink as a property or listing custom field and insert that variable into an automated message, so one rule covers every listing. No direct ValAi–PMS integration is required for this pattern. Vrbo supports property-specific scheduled templates, and Airbnb has scheduled replies, though Airbnb's external-link rules can apply — follow Airbnb's current policy.
