Yes. You can optionally connect Airbnb through Hospitable Connect and use supported listing details to pre-fill your ValAi property setup. You review the information before it is saved. Manual setup is still available, and ValAi does not use this connection to manage your pricing, calendar, reservations or guest messages.

ValAi gives each property its own AI guest concierge. Guests open it from a QR code, direct link or website embed and ask questions about the property themselves. ValAi does not read or send messages inside your Airbnb or PMS inbox — it works alongside those tools.

Yes. Guests can open the property concierge whenever they need help and ask questions in 30+ languages. ValAi answers using the property information and tone provided by the host, and is designed to say when information is missing rather than inventing an answer.

No. ValAi handles a different job: helping guests self-serve property-specific questions during their stay. A co-host, VA or property manager may still handle reservations, turnovers, guest disputes, maintenance and other operational work. ValAi is designed to reduce repetitive property questions, not replace those roles.

Property-management platforms can handle booking workflows, scheduled messages and, depending on the platform and plan, AI-assisted or automated inbox replies. ValAi serves a different surface: guests open a property-specific concierge directly through a QR code, link or website embed, before a message reaches your inbox at all. Many hosts run ValAi alongside their PMS. ValAi can also optionally import supported Airbnb listing details via Hospitable Connect to speed up setup — that import does not connect ValAi to your PMS inbox.

ValAi can answer questions about information the host has provided, such as Wi-Fi, parking, check-in and checkout, rubbish, appliances, house rules and other property details. With Live Local Web Search enabled, it can also help with current local questions such as weather, transport and nearby places. If the required property information is missing, ValAi should say so rather than guess.

Yes — provided that information has been added to the property. ValAi uses the host's property information to answer relevant guest questions through the concierge.

Yes. ValAi does not depend on a booking-platform inbox. Guests access the property concierge separately through its QR code, direct link or website embed where available, so hosts can use ValAi alongside Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct bookings or other existing systems.

ValAi is self-serve and does not require an onboarding call. Add your property information, review what the concierge knows, fill any important gaps and then place the QR sign or share the guest link when you're ready.

Yes. With Live Local Web Search enabled, the concierge can fetch real-time answers from the open web — today's weather, nearby restaurant menus and hours, transport updates, and upcoming local events — on top of everything in your welcome book. Hosts can toggle this on or off per property from the dashboard, and every lookup is logged so usage stays transparent.

Yes. ValAi can be used by short-term-rental hosts in Australia, the United States and other markets, and the guest concierge supports 30+ languages. The QR sign and guest link are independent of the booking platform a host uses.
