The question every host should ask about AI: what happens when it doesn't know?
ValAi is designed to answer from your property information and trusted live sources, and to say when it cannot confirm an answer. It is instructed not to invent amenities, rules, or details.
When ValAi cannot confirm an answer it says so, records the gap for you, and never invents property details. You import or enter every detail it uses, and nothing is saved from an Airbnb import until you review it.
Missed questions appear on your dashboard, so your welcome book gets smarter with every stay.
Complaints and urgent matters appear in Guest alerts with context and are emailed to you, with optional browser notifications for urgent and emergency alerts when you enable them.
Every concierge has protections against misuse: limits on how much any one guest can send, and strict topic boundaries — it only discusses your property, the stay and the local area. It can't be used as a general chatbot on your dime or ours.
Property information you provide is used to power your ValAi guest concierge and, if you choose to use Ask ValAi, to provide permitted information back to you through a supported connected AI assistant. Guest conversations are stored so you can review them, and are never sold or used to advertise. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You add your property details yourself, and nothing is saved to your property until you review and confirm it. You can edit or delete any of it at any time.
ValAi does not manage reservations, payments, pricing, calendars, availability or your Airbnb inbox messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Try it on your own property — ask it something your welcome book doesn't cover, and watch it admit it. That's the point.
