About ValAi — Built by a Host, for Hosts

ValAi was built in Mission Beach, Far North Queensland, around a challenge hosts and property managers face everywhere: delivering fast, accurate guest answers at any hour. Founder Steve Nyberg created it from years of hands-on experience running service businesses and solving the same customer questions again and again.

The idea was simple: every host has a welcome book, and almost no guest reads it. They message instead — at 11pm, in different languages, about the wifi, the aircon, the parking. The information exists; it's the delivery that's broken.

So ValAi delivers it the way guests actually behave: guests open the Guest SmartLink the host shares — or scan an optional QR code — and ask. ValAi uses the property information the host provides to answer guest questions, in the guest's own language. When ValAi cannot confirm an answer, it tells the guest and records the missing information for the host.

ValAi is deliberately a lean, self-serve product. No sales calls, no onboarding meetings, no phone queues — that's how the price stays low and the product stays honest. You try it free, it works or it doesn't, and the AI itself will answer your questions about it (go on, try the chat bubble).
