Ask ValAi lets a supported AI assistant securely look up information about your properties, guest activity and knowledge gaps.
Availability depends on the AI assistant you use and its plan. Included with Host and Portfolio plans.

ValAi has been successfully connected and authenticated with Claude using Claude's custom connector feature.
Availability depends on your Claude plan and connector access.

Open Claude.

Go to Settings / Customize → Connectors.

Choose "Add custom connector".

Name it "ValAi".

Enter the ValAi connection address already shown on this page.

Add / connect it.

Sign in to ValAi when prompted and approve access.

Start a new Claude chat and try one of the example questions.

Copy this into Claude once ValAi is connected.
Host / Portfolio: Claude can retrieve your own ValAi property information through the read-only connection.
Solo: Claude will tell you that Ask ValAi is available on Host and Portfolio plans.

Designed to stay read-only
You sign in to ValAi to approve the connection, and your assistant can only access your own ValAi properties. Ask ValAi is currently read-only — it can look things up but cannot change your property information.
Information you ask ValAi to retrieve is provided to the AI assistant you connect, which processes it under its own terms and privacy practices.
- Wi-Fi passwords are not shared.
- Access instructions and door codes are not shared.
- Guest conversation transcripts are not returned by the activity summary.
- Guest activity is summarised as counts and topics.
